The proximity of the resort to Taylor Swift’s Rhode Island home, coupled with the erection of a large wedding tent, fueled rumors that the pop superstar and NFL player Travis Kelce were set to tie the knot there. However, the wedding planner overseeing the event at the Ocean House has officially debunked these rumors. Elizabeth Hall, owner of Elizabeth Hall Events, confirmed that while she was coordinating a wedding at the resort, it was not for Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce. She stated clearly, “Taylor Swift is not getting married at the Ocean House this weekend.” Hall explained that a different couple was getting married and expressed that they remained largely unaware of the intense online speculation surrounding their event. Her team did arrange for additional security due to the heightened interest.
Hall, who expressed her admiration for Taylor Swift, wished the couple well in their future endeavors, wherever and whenever they decide to marry.
